How We Work

As a client you can expect nothing less than full commitment with skill, ability, warmth and friendliness thrown in.

Initial contact may be via the web site or a phone call, but only face to face meetings will reveal the depth of your project and an understanding of your goals. We'll ask plenty of questions as we want find out about your business, your market, what you are offering and specifically want you want to achieve.

Communication and developing the relationship are vital, so ideas and concepts are presented at a second meeting. This way we get to know if we have hit the target with the brief and take on board your comments, which means we can offer advice for the best route forward for your project.

Projects can be as simple or as complex as you wish. It maybe that you require images found, we have the resources to find them - it maybe your project requires illustrations, again we can commission these for you, it maybe more graphic and copy that is required and a gain this is not a problem. Its about visualising your ideas, going through the ideas with you, agreeing what works and delivering a successful result!
